💼 Position: Workshop Technician
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for a Workshop Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and test machines and equipment at the workshop and customer sites.

The ideal candidate should have a technical background, strong troubleshooting skills, and preferably hands-on experience with cleaning machines/equipment repair and maintenance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect machines/equipment brought in for repair
• Diagnose mechanical problems using technical drawings and diagrams
• Identify required spare parts and prepare repair estimates
• Carry out approved repair and maintenance work
• Visit customer sites to inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Perform on-site repairs where possible
• Coordinate the collection of machines that require workshop repairs
• Test-run and inspect machines before delivery to customers
• Support machine demonstrations conducted by the sales team
• Prepare and maintain relevant machine/service documentation
• Participate in annual inventory activities and stock verification

🔹 Requirements:
• Diploma or Graduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
• Experience in machine/equipment repair and maintenance is preferred
• Experience with cleaning machines/equipment is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Motivated and willing to take on technical challenges
