HRM Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Draughtsman with strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD, CAD/CAM programming, and duct manufacturing to join our client’s team.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪️ Check and verify AutoCAD drawings, measurements, sketches, and calculations in accordance with construction standards.
▪️ Coordinate with site teams to resolve measurement issues and drawing clarifications.
▪️ Verify tag lists against sketches and construction standards.
▪️ Handle Plasma CNC CAD/CAM programming for GI ducts.
▪️ Perform CNC Ventech programming for PI ducts.
▪️ Prepare 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for testing related to GI, MS, and SS non-coated fire-rated ducts and dampers.
▪️ Prepare production data sheets, including nesting prints for plasma cutting and measurement sheets for coil lines.
▪️ Support production targets of approximately 1,200–1,500 sq. metres per day.
▪️ Calculate quantities in square metres and square feet for delivery orders.
▪️ Prepare measurement sheets in Excel as required by clients.
✅ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Strong AutoCAD drafting skills (2D/3D).
• Hands-on experience with Plasma CNC CAD/CAM programming.
• Knowledge of CNC Ventech programming.
• Experience in GI, MS, and SS ducting and damper fabrication.
• Understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and production documentation.
• Strong coordination and technical problem-solving skills.
