Looking for a motivated and confident Sales Recruiter / Customer Service Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients
  • Promote HRM’s recruitment & manpower solutions
  • Generate new business leads & develop client relationships
  • Follow up with prospective clients & convert opportunities into business
  • Understand client manpower requirements & coordinate with the recruitment team
  • Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, & email

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or business development
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Confident in making outbound calls & speaking with clients
  • Target-oriented, proactive, & motivated to generate leads
  • Recruitment/manpower industry experience is an advantage
