We are looking for a skilled Head of Production to lead and oversee production operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Nationality: Arab nationals (preferred)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production activities from concept to final delivery
• Lead, manage, and develop production teams to achieve operational and quality objectives
• Develop production strategies, schedules, and workflows to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage production budgets, resources, materials, and timelines
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Identify production risks and operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Monitor production performance, KPIs, and resource utilization
• Prepare regular reports and performance updates for senior management
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
✅ 8–12 years of experience in production management
✅ At least 3–5 years in a production leadership or management role
✅ Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, machinery, and equipment
✅ Proven experience managing large teams and complex projects
✅ Strong production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills
✅ Experience managing budgets, deadlines, and multiple project requirements
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
