Key Responsibilities
• Oversee full factory operations including:
o Steel fabrication
o Sheet metal processing
o Welding operations
o Assembly lines
o Industrial painting & finishing (Powder Coating / Oven Systems)
o Production planning and execution
• Manage full production workforce including:
o Welders
o Fabricators
o Assembly Technicians
o Machine Operators
o Production Supervisors
• Ensure optimized production flow across all departments
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and engineering specifications
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and project teams
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce production waste
• Resolve factory bottlenecks and operational challenges in real time
• Ensure compliance with HSE and industrial safety standards
• Maintain machinery performance and operational readiness
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10+ years in Industrial Manufacturing / Steel Fabrication
• Strong experience in:
o Generator Enclosures Manufacturing
o Modular Steel Structures
o Telecom Shelters
o Heavy Fabrication & Assembly
o Industrial Containers & Systems
• Strong technical knowledge in:
o MIG / TIG Welding
o Sheet Metal Fabrication
o Structural Steel Works
o Production Planning & Control
o Industrial Painting Systems
• Ability to operate under pressure in fast-paced environments
